Water Leak Leads to Restoration in Nashua
The running water from the stuck valve in the toilet flowed for several hours and flooded the first-floor story with a large volume of water. The water followed gravity and dripped down through the drop-ceiling and wet the carpet in the finished basement. The Before Photo illustrates the skillset level of our SERVPRO technicians. We removed some ceiling tiles to access the subfloor to heated air, and we rigged the room with a negative pressure setup. Some water vapor is expelled from the structure via the plastic flat-lay duct we constructed. Our crew monitors the progress with a thermal hygrometer and moisture meters until we reach our drying goals. This takes several days; we return daily until the job
