Marlborough Church Needs Commercial Water Damage Cleanup
It is not readily apparent in the Before Photo of this Marlborough church that there is an issue with the ceiling. The panels and crown molding show no visible signs of mold or water stains. However, the property owners suspected an issue and called in SERVPRO for an inspection. The technicians used scaffolding and their moisture detection equipment to inspect the ceiling and find the areas with hidden moisture. As seen in the After Photo, several areas in the ceiling needed removal of the tiles down to the framework for complete drying. Afterward, as a proactive treatment against mold damage, the technicians painted the studs with an antimicrobial sealant to inhibit the growth of any opportunistic airborne spores.
