Nashua Finished Basement and a Water Problem
The water leak saturated the carpet and padding in this Nashua basement. It went unnoticed for several days resulting in the ruined condition of the flooring materials and also some of the sheetrock walls. Our SERVPRO techs removed the brown carpet and gray padding for discarding according to local codes. The wall was gutted to the two-foot mark to allow one sheetrock panel to replace the non-salvageable material. The After Photo depicts the dried and cleaned water damaged area. The dehumidifier had been removed after we validated that the moisture content of the subfloor and wall cavity was back to normal levels. Our customer was very pleased with our work and promised to refer us to any issues with mold, fire, or water his friends, neighbors, and relative may encounter. We proudly serve our local communities.
