The Before Photo depicts the countertop with stacked items from the base cabinets. The laminated "engineered" floorboards and particle board constructed cabinets were soaked and non-salvageable. Our skilled team performed a controlled demolition, as depicted in the After Photo. The exposed wall cavities allowed for drying, using our advanced equipment, and then an antimicrobial application to help prevent mold proliferation. The plywood subfloor and supporting joists were salvaged, reducing the cost (we strive to remain on-budget) of the build back and disruptions.
