Mold in Bedroom in Nashua, NH

Mold was discovered on this wall inside of a residence located in Nashua, NH. The customers had recently purchased the home, and there was mold already visible on the wall. When they contacted SERVPRO of Nashua, we dispatched an IICRC certified AMRT team to deal with the remediation. The walls were non-salvageable, so a tear-out was in order. We set up a containment barrier to prevent mold spores from infesting the remainder of the structure, and then demolished and discarded the infested material. The After Photo depicts the exposed framing and exterior walls after an antifungal agent was sprayed. Before closing up the walls, a batten insulation would be installed.
